Solid State Switches
Key Features
Solid-state switches provide greater reliability, longer lifetime and faster switching times than electromechanical switches. However, solid-state switches have higher insertion loss due to their higher innate ON resistance. Solid-state switches are often used in switch matrix systems for testing of semiconductor devices where high switching speed is critical and power-handling requirements are lower.
| Key Product Differentiator: High isolation eliminating cross-talk during measurement across broadband frequency up to 50 GHz. |
