The 34980A is similar to the DAQ970A data acquisition, but can handle very high channel counts at a very high speed. It is reliant on BenchVue software to efficiently configure, view and gather results. Switching enables signals to be routed through a test system by connecting test instruments’ inputs and outputs to any devices under test.
